For us, jam is not just a breakfast food; it's the art of preserving the season's finest fruits for the winter. When creating the Damak Antakya Jam Collection, we had only one rule: "It must be made exactly as our mothers used to make it at home."

We harvest the fruits at their peak season, at their ripest state; we boil them using only 100% beet sugar and lemon juice, without glucose syrup, colorings, or thickeners. In copper cauldrons, we bring you that traditional flavor where the fruit remains firm and the syrup reaches the perfect consistency.
